currently the size of rekonq’s tab previews depend on the size/width of the tabs.

This is sub-optimal, e.g. when hovering over a pinned tab, which has a very narrow tab.

The goal here is to change the behaviour of the tab previews to not depend on the size anymore, but to have a sane size independent from the tabs width.
