Complete Russian translation for KRemoteControl interface and handbook

Expected results: Complete translation of kcm_remotecontrol.po (15 messages) libkremotecontrol.po (62 messages) into Russian. The translation should follow the guidelines of Russian KDE translation. There should be no typos in it (see the References on how to check).

Prerequisites: Basic English terminology, good Russian, basic knowledge of remotes.
