Most KDE applications use the same dialog to open and save files.  Your task is to write a chapter for a future "building blocks" documentation describing features shared by many KDE applications.

Expected Results:  a chapter of documentation describing all the features of the standard KDE open and save file dialogs, including a complete description of all elements of the user interface and screenshots

Prerequisites:  a good command of the English language and a working installation of the KDE Software Compilation
