Edit the page http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Balkan_languages on the apertium wiki, making it look like http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Turkic_languages and http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Indic_languages.  You need to add a table of currently available pairs with Balkan languages, and the list of monolingual modules needs to be reworked.  Make sure to offload the data onto stats pages correctly (make sure to implement them the same way as for the working pages mentioned above) and stems (=lemmata) should be recounted (see http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/The_Right_Way_to_count_dix_stems).
