Need to finish up Haikuports trac ticket 362 to create working .bep files for ha, lha, bonnie++, iozone, bash and enchant, all of which have previously been built for Haiku.  Some of these have patches, partial bep files and/or .OptionalPackageDescription files already done.  For this task the .OptionalPackageDescription files should be generated from the .bep file.

Be sure to test out the .bep files to make sure they build both gcc2 and gcc4 packages when -c -d are used, and that both gcc2 and gcc4 can be used to install them.  If a port fails to build with gcc2 a MESSAGE field should be added to indicate that.
