Create a “theme file format” for new tab page themes and support in rekonq for loading and using that format.

It would be nice, if rekonq had a similar theme file format, just like Plasma’s theme format.

This file contains a .desktop file, with metadata to the theme, e.g. the name of the theme and the name of the author.

And of course it contains e.g. the theme’s files :-)
