rekonq: Multiscroll cursor disappears, when moving cursor out of the window and then back again

If you scroll through a website with autoscroll and the cursor gets out of the website view the multiscroll cursor does not reappear.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press the middle mouse button to activate multiscroll
2. Move the mouse out of the window. The multiscroll cursor changes to the
normal cursor
3. Move the mouse into the window again.
The goal here is to fix this behaviour.
