You must be unfamiliar with MonoDevelop to accept this task.

The aim is to investigate the usability of MonoDevelop for new users.

As a new user, use MonoDevelop to build very simple calculator-type applications using GTK# and ASP.NET. While doing so, you should make detailed notes of your progress, highlighting things that cause you problems - things that do not behave the way you expect, or are not easy to find or understand, and so on. You should also note what things are particularly useful or helpful, and how you think the usability could be improved.
