Modify TuxMath's handling of duplicate answers.

Currently, if more than one comet has the same answer, only the lowest is destroyed when the player enters the answer.  This can be confusing to younger players, who see that the upper comet is still there, and may conclude that their answer was wrong.

 

For this task, modify TuxMath so that all comets with the correct answer get zapped simultaneously, and add some fun "bonus" sound effects or animation whenever more than one comet gets zapped.
