Tuxpaint is able to play two sounds each time a stamp is selected, one is SFX like the one for scissors, the other is the speaked description of the stamp, useful for children that still don't read. Currently only few languages have the speaked sound covered.

It would be nice if we had more speaked descriptions in more languages.

Note that this task depends on having the tuxpaint-stamps.po for the intended language file fully translated.
