Mouse control for Factoroids

The goal of this task is to provide a means for the player to control the ship with the mouse
1. Have the mouse's lateral movement control rotation.
2. Have the left mouse button shoot.
3. Have the right mouse button activate the ship's thruster.
4. (Optionally) - if mouse wheel is present, use events to select the next/prev prime "gun"
