Until recently, SDL_Pango was not available for the Windows build of tuxtype, resulting in different text placement compared to the Linux build which does use SDL_Pango.  As a workaround, a sed script was added to data/scripts/ to adjust the layout of the lesson files when building for Windows.  Now this is no longer needed.  This task is to get rid of this ugly hack.
