Update the VLCinfo demo with a CLI mode

This tasks consists in taking the normal VLCinfo and creating a mode to be able to use it in command line
Probably a switch like -no-gui
It should output to
- stdout
- a file
Format should be .ini like, IMVHO, but could be different
