Complete Russian translation for KBruch interface and hadbook

Expected results: Complete translation of kbruch.po (12 messages) kbruch.po (handbook, 106 messages) + screenshots (.png) into Russian. The translation should follow the guidelines of Russian KDE translation. There should be no typos in it (see Reference on how to check).

Prerequisites: Basic English terminology, good Russian.
