Many KDE applications have toolbars that share the same behavior and configuration.  Your task is to write a chapter of a future "building blocks" documentation that encompasses many of the features shared by all KDE applications fully explaining the features and configuration of KDE toolbars.

Expected Results:  a chapter of documentation explaining the user interface of toolbars, all configuration options both in Settings > Configure Toolbars... and screenshots.

Prerequisites:  a good command of the English language and a working installation of the KDE Software Compilation
