Most KDE applications use the same configuration panel for setting keyboard shortcuts, located at Settings > Configure Shortcuts.  Your task is to write a section of a future "building blocks" documentation describing many features shared by all KDE applications describing this panel.

Expected Results:  a section of documentation completely describing the user interface of the shortcuts configuration panel and screenshots

Prerequisites:  a good command of the English language and a working installation of the KDE Software Compilation
