KDE System Settings' Custom Shortcuts module allows user to define their own keyboard shortcuts and mouse/touch gestures.  It's located in System Settings > Shortcuts and Gestures > Custom Shortcuts.  Your task is to document this module.

Expected Results:  a manual describing the all the various confiugration options provided in the Custom Shortcuts module, and several screenshots

Prerequisites:  a good command of the English language and a working installation of the KDE Plasma Workspaces
