Complete Russian translation for KRemoteControl handbook

Expected results: Complete translation of kcontrol_kremotecontrol.po (62 messages) + 8 screenshots (.png) into Russian. The translation should follow the guidelines of Russian KDE translation. There should be no typos in it (see the References on how to check).

Prerequisites: Basic English terminology, good Russian, remote control card and infrared remote.
