Amarok: 2.7 beta testing

completed by: Illya Kovalevskyy

mentors: Edward "hades" Toroshchin, Myriam Schweingruber

Amarok is currently preparing a new release and has entered the Beta testing phase for version 2.7. The student should build from the available tarball or get the beta package from their Linux distribution and test the main functions of Amarok (see detailed testing instructions in the links below) and report back eventual errors, inconsistencies and bugs.

If bugs are found, the student should check the current bugs database for eventual duplicates (see link below) and comment on the bug specifying the testing version, else file a new bug for the version 2.6.90 aka 2.7 beta 1 in http://bugs.kde.org

Prerequisites:

The student must be able to follow clear written instructions, have a logical way of thinking. Must be able to test software independently after a short introduction.
