Create and implement a design and templates for a small wiki

In a prior task, a student created a CGI being a very stripped-down wiki, i.e. it only shows pages and lets you navigate through them.
But to really make it shine in NetBSD, we need a good design for it. Your task is to write a nice template which can be used for this wiki.

The design should have a very small footprint (i.e. no large images) and a modern, but very lightweight look.

The design must be completely done by yourself, but you are allowed to take icons or pictograms when they are under a free licence, and you have to provide the source.

You should deliver a design which is ready to be used by the cgi, maybe you even have to patch it to get the right design. If you cannot run the cgi (this will require a webserver) or cannot write C to edit ir, or think the structure of the cgi won't allow it, ask us. Then we create a template you have to fill.

Please come in our IRC channel (see http://komkon2.de/nbwiki about where and how to get there) when claiming this task to discuss the exact requirements.
