Review the "Drupal Ladders" at website above.  Realize that there are multiple types of ladders you can climb/finish for various types of skills. Select any 2 of the ladders and finish them.  It is important to note any issues as Drupal 8 is not out yet and you will be one of the first users climbing the ladder for Drupal 8. If you find any issues, document while providing feedback on how to resolve.

Deliverables: Provide evidence for completing the ladders by writing a blog post with screenshots and notes about the experience.  What did you learn? How will you continue to utilize these skills?
