The MobileFrontend extension has this problem that you could fix:

In experimental mode (alpha), if you go to a mobile URL that includesa page section e.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justin_Mikolo-Kinzonzi#Political_career
and then you refresh, the page reloads without the hash link to the specific section.
