MediaWiki has a feature to convert / transliterate page contents between some language variants (such as Simplified and Traditional Chinese) on display. Including, but not limited to page body text and page title. However it's not applied to output from the GeoCrumbs extension as expected (or say, GeoCrumbs doesn't utilize that feature for its output). Your task is to fix the extension to have its output converted.
