Implement an alternative header slideshow with smaller image for mobile devices on fossasia.github.io.

The goal of the task is, that the website is displayed "responsively" and identifies mobile devices. If a mobile device is used to browse the site, for the header there are other smaller images displayed. This way, we speed up the download process.

You can see something similar on the event site at http://fossasia.org. If a mobile browses the site, images are displayed instead of videos. We want to achieve something similar - a similar responsive behavior - here in this task -> smaller images instead of large images.
