Update BeVexed so that backgrounds work again, and add some new backgrounds

Right now
BeVexed looks its installation folder for a "backgrounds"
folder. This is of course not possible in a PM environment. I'd
suggest to have a folder "BeVexed" in the $USER_SETTINGS_DIR with a
"backgrounds" folder
editable for the user and the BeVexed_settings
file.
Also try finding/creating a few sample backgrounds, note that they should be
released under a CC style license.
