Right now we use http as a protocol for transferring files.

We'd like to use the https protocol where possible.

- Please make all adjustments that are necessary to ship the map themes that are preinstalled using the https protocol. Make sure that also sub layers (like hillshading in OSM) are being ported.

- Please test that they do still work.
