https://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOSX-1583 : As a user, I expect to access online help when I click mifos>Help. Instead, I see a page of Keyboard Shortcuts. Possible resolutions: --> rename the menu choice to "Keyboard Shortcuts" --> link to the User Manual (even better if it is possible to link to a topic in context of where the user is at the time they click help)
