To ease the integration of hooks and to allow simpler setup it would be good to have the opportunity to select a UGD and assign it to a hook.

Needed Changes:

• Add UGD Selection to Hook creation
• Extend Hook object to allow UGD reference
• Store new reference in DB
• Extend Hook processing with mappers to allow UGD compiling
• Call Twilio Bridge with
  • entity: SMS
  • action: send
  • add Mobile Number and complied message
