This task involves converting API modules for the GoogleAppEngine extension (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:GoogleAppEngine) to use internationalized help/documentation. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API/Architecture_work/i18n documents how to convert the modules, and there are example commits linked on the bug report that also do conversions for similar extensions.

Patches should be submitted to Gerrit, our code review system, which convert the existing documentation to use the new format, and mark the old functions as deprecated.
