Implementation of the ISO9660 filesystem

RTEMS is already able to interract with multiple filesystems (IMFS, FAT, ..). The goal of this project is (in the long term), to let RTEMS read CD, DVD and/or other medias using the ISO9660 filesystem. ISO9660 is indeed a standard for read-only media and could be used in various situations in a real-time system.
